Students Gain Hands-On Insight at Nepal Eco Panel Factory

Future civil engineers from Gyanodaya Secondary School explored modern, eco-friendly construction materials through an on-site industrial visit.
A group of 49 students from Gyanodaya Secondary School’s Technical Civil Engineering program visited the Nepal Eco Panel factory today to gain practical knowledge on the manufacturing of EPS-cement based sandwich panels. During the visit, Er. Krishna Sunder Kumpakha, Project Manager of Nepal Eco Panel and a professional earthquake engineer, explained the complete production process and the application of these modern construction materials in sustainable and earthquake-resistant buildings. The CEO of Nepal Eco Panel stated that the factory regularly facilitates technical students from various colleges across the country to bridge the gap between theory and practice. He further added that Nepal Eco Panel is evolving not only as a manufacturing unit but also as a learning center dedicated to promoting eco-friendly construction technologies in Nepal.
