USAID provides one-day training in roof farming

Bhaktapur. A one-day training in roof farming was jointly organized by the Agriculture Development Subcommittee under the Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and USAID Agriculture Higher Education in Bhaktapur on Saturday. The training was held at the Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Industrial Area, Byasi Hall.
The training was inaugurated under the special hospitality of the organizer, USAID Agriculture Higher Education Project Director Narkaji Gurung. The inaugural program was chaired by Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Roshni Maiyan Dhauwaja. At the inauguration program, Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Senior Vice President Krishna Murari Neupane, Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager Parashuram Rimal, Bhaktapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vice President and Coordinator of the Agriculture Development Subcommittee under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ganeshhari Prajapati, among others, discussed the importance of roof farming training. The program was conducted by Manjila Subedi, a member of the association's executive committee. The training was given by Anjani Joshi, who received the qualification 2080.081. Dr. Anil Shrestha and Dr. Bhrigu Duwadi were the assistant trainers. Two dozen people participated in the training.
