‘Whatever I do, I do it while staying in my own country’
Bhaktapur. Sanyog Bahadur Baduwal of Ramechhap knows that many students go abroad under various pretexts. But he is planning to do something in his own country.
‘Whatever I do, I do in my own country,’ said Baduwal, ‘I will do it while staying in my own country, no matter how small.’ He is thinking of starting his own business in Nepal. His intention is to start his own business, no matter how small. ‘I plan to set up a small shop or do business,’ he added while explaining his future plans, ‘I may set up some shop or do something else.’ He said that his father had promised to provide capital for that. According to him, his father is a retired army officer.
Baduwal is currently studying in class 12 in the humanities faculty at Khwap Secondary School, Dekocha, Bhaktapur. Hardworking in his studies, he plans to struggle in his country. At a time when many young people are migrating abroad indiscriminately, there is little patriotism in Baduwal.
Although his ancestral home is in Ramechhap, his family is now in Bhaktapur. He lives with his family in Jhaukhel, Ward No. 3 of Changunarayan Municipality, Bhaktapur. His family consists of four people, including his mother, father, one older brother, and himself.
He said that he received his primary education from his village and his secondary education from Bhaktapur. He said that he took the SEE exam from Kalighat Vyas, Ward No. 2 of Bhaktapur Municipality.
He is a top student and says that he is also a rapper. ‘I am also interested in rapping,’ he said. ‘I am planning to pursue it as a side job.’ He says that he is studying journalism for this very reason
